Months back…Probably somewhere in August… One of the mummy *Audrey Seet* in Sg Long playgroup share her experience with us about puzzle & her 3+ years old son. She told us that puzzles can sometimes keep Jia Jun busy for a while. Wow… puzzles can keep our kids busy for some time!!! Sounds great to me! Furthermore the puzzle that she recommended is cheap - less than RM 2 for 12 pieces or 40 pieces puzzles. This makes it a more attractive deal. Without further delay, husband brought us all to Jusco after that playgroup.

We bought four 12-pieces puzzles & one 40-pieces puzzles for Xuan Xuan.
Xuan Xuan is pretty smart. She managed to do all 12-pieces puzzles within 2 weeks.
She is very patient, trial & error without giving me much headache. True enough, puzzles can really keep Xuan Xuan busy for some time.

For 40-pieces puzzles, initially Xuan Xuan didn't seems interested as the pieces are smaller, and she complaints about too many pieces. Luckily, not much hard work for me before she can manage 40 pieces puzzle by her own. For the first time, she was able to sort out 30% of the 40 pieces. Second round with the same 40 pieces puzzles, she was able to do 50% of it. For the third time, she was able to complete it without my guidance. I am very pleased with you, Xuan Xuan! *Mommy “shiok” sendiri again*

Now, Xuan Xuan has five 40-pieces puzzles! Sometimes I will mix two 40-pieces to make it 80 pieces for Xuan Xuan to sort it out!


Maybe she has practice the same puzzle again and again for many times, so there isn’t any great challenge to her! Maybe I will mix it more the next round...

Hmmmm...Daddy & me are now sourcing for more pieces puzzle with reasonable price...Any recommendation?
